The company was founded in UK in 1967 as a distributor of some of the best known brands in the lighting world. At Beginning of Eighties, it opens the offices in Hong Kong where it continues to operate as a lighting distributor for the Asian market. Then, in 1999, Forma Lighting starts the production phase and opens the Italian branch to ensure the distribution in Europe and to follow the requests form this market directly.
In 2003 in order to ensure a higher quality supply chain, the company inaugurated its production plant in Nanhai equipped with laboratories for Electrical and Photometric measurement. Expertise, Experience and Passion are the principles that have guided the company in the development of new products and in creation of a full range of items which satisfy different demands from different markets and, above all, it has made stronger the desire of the company to innovate the lighting market by advanced design and technology solutions, whilst ensuring service that distinguishes each project signed by Forma Lighting.
